• The “DuVerify” Fee: In 2026, after paying your base visa fee, you must complete a secondary document verification via DuVerify. This costs approximately USD 16 (~₹1,300) and is mandatory for the e-Visa to be processed.

• Visa-Free Exemption (Still Active): If you hold a valid, used multiple-entry visa or residence permit from the USA, UK, Schengen, Canada, Australia, or Japan, you can enter Georgia visa-free for 90 days.

  • Note: You still must carry the new mandatory health insurance and a printed return ticket.

• Multiple Entry as Standard: Most Indian e-Visas are now issued as 120-day validity with Multiple Entries, allowing a total stay of up to 30 days.

• Land Borders: While airports (Tbilisi, Kutaisi, Batumi) are seamless, if you are planning to enter from Armenia or Turkey by road, ensure your e-Visa specifically lists land-border entry.
