Document Checklist for Switzerland (Schengen Visa)

4. Proof of Financial Means (The 100 CHF Rule)

Switzerland is very specific about the liquid cash you must show:

6. Travel Itinerary & Flight

• Flight: Round-trip flight reservation (confirmed PNR, but payment not mandatory).

• Itinerary: A day-wise travel plan. If visiting other countries, include train/bus bookings (e.g., EuroRail or FlixBus).

7. Travel Medical Insurance

• Coverage: Minimum €30,000 / USD 50,000 / CHF 50,000.
