1. Mandatory Document Checklist

Self-Employed: GST Registration/Business Incorporation copy.
Travel Proof: Confirmed return flight tickets and proof of hotel accommodation.
Letter of Introduction (Form V39A): Usually required for business visits or social visits sponsored by a Singapore Citizen/PR.
SG Arrival Card (SGAC): This is mandatory for everyone. You must submit it online at the within 3 days before your arrival. It includes your health declaration.
